- Call Ufone Helpline: Dial 333 from your Ufone number and talk to a customer service representative. Inform them about the service that you want to deactivate and provide the required information. The representative will guide you through the process and deactivate the service.
- SMS: Send an SMS to 506 using your Ufone number with the keyword “Unsub” followed by the service name you want to unsubscribe from. For example, if you want to unsubscribe from Ufone’s daily SMS bundle, send an SMS with “Unsub daily” to 506.
- Ufone Website: Visit the Ufone website and log in to your account. Click on “My Services” and select the service that you want to deactivate. Click on “Unsubscribe” and follow the instructions to complete the process.
